Terms of Service

By accessing or using rickashay.gg (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of them, you should not use the Site.

These Terms apply to every visitor and registered member. We may ask you to accept updated terms from time to time as the Site evolves.

You must be at least 18 years old — or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction — to use this Site and to participate in any rewards. Gambling must be legal where you live.

You may not use the Site if you are on a self-exclusion register or have asked to be blocked from gambling services.

To earn rewards you may link third-party accounts such as Stake, Kick and Discord. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

One person may hold one account. Creating multiple accounts to gain an advantage may result in forfeiture of rewards and a permanent ban.

All leaderboards, missions, level-up bonuses, giveaways and store items are discretionary promotions run by Rickashay. They are not offered, endorsed or operated by Stake.

Rewards are subject to verification. We may adjust, delay, withhold or cancel any reward where we reasonably suspect error, abuse or a breach of these Terms. Cash rewards are paid to your Stake account unless otherwise stated.

To qualify for rewards you must be registered on Stake under code RICKASHAY, and your wagering must be tracked to that code through Stake’s affiliate program.

Signing up under a different code, or switching codes mid-period, may make you ineligible for some or all rewards.

You agree not to defraud the Site, exploit bugs, use bots or automation, manipulate leaderboards, or otherwise abuse the rewards system.

We reserve the right to withhold rewards, suspend access, or ban any user we believe is acting in bad faith.

The Site relies on independent third parties including Stake, Kick and Discord. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or conduct of any third-party service.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Leaderboard standings, reward figures and other data may be delayed, incomplete or contain errors.

Nothing on the Site is financial or gambling advice. Please gamble responsibly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rickashay and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or participation in any promotion.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
